Cafe Rio Chicken

1 small bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
3 cloves minced garlic
5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Roast all ingredients in crock pot on low for 4 hours. Shred or cut chicken, roast for an additional hour.
